Summer

  • To "own summer," the most profitable time period for the Vodacom brand, the task for 2019 was to develop a consolidated campaign that would personalise the summer message for everyone across all media platforms.

  • The campaign creatively utilised the already successful Shake-and-Win mechanic as an integral part of its modular design. A bank of film content leveraged digital platforms and algorithms to deliver personalised adverts tailored to individual behaviour. The message was gamified, incorporating filters and even integrating the accelerators on people’s phones. In a complete first, a site was created where users could shake up their Spotify summer playlists.

  • As the Integrated Senior Creative, I played a key role in conceptualising the brand TVC, providing art direction for photography, and designing various elements. I collaborated closely with the digital and retail teams throughout the project. Additionally, I participated in all client meetings and was actively involved in the pre-production, production, and post-production processes.
